Select the card you want to equip and click Equip. If you want to replace a card you have equipped, select it and choose Unequip. Click on a Star Card or an empty Star Card Slot under Unlock & Equip Cards. In your Collection, choose the Class that uses the Star Card. You’ll get a notification on the end of round screen if there’s a new Star Card available to unlock for the class(es) you just ranked up. The cards available to you early in the game have less of an effect on your playstyle than the ones available after you have spent a lot of time with your Class. Star Cards unlock (become available to buy) at different ranks, and they have rank requirements for you to upgrade them, too. Star Cards have four different ranks: Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Epic. You can upgrade these as you rank up, too. Use these to replace one of your abilities, you can choose to use these for a situational advantage or on a more regular basis to tweak your playstyle. As you rank up, you can upgrade your boost card to make the boost more powerful. These give an overall boost to your character, for example: faster recharge times. 
There are two kinds of Star Cards available: The only way to get Star Cards in-game is by spending Skill Points.
You can also upgrade many multiplayer weapons using mods you can earn through gameplay. You can only spend your Skill Points on Star Cards for the class you earned them with.Īs you rank up, you can use the Skill Points you earn to upgrade your Star Cards and make their effects more powerful.
